Shampoo

Shampoos are generally of two types:
1. Mild Shampoo
2. Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

If you do not have a lot of dandruff, then you should not use anti-dandruff shampoo. You can use anti-dandruff shampoo once a week if you want. If you use it more often, you may experience hair loss.

**How to Use Shampoo**

Wash your hair well first to shampoo it properly. Then dilute the shampoo with a little water so that it reaches the roots of your hair well. Apply it to your scalp and massage it well; this will increase blood circulation in your scalp and help stop hair fall.

Conditioning

There is a false belief in our country that using conditioner will cause hair fall in both children and adults. But this is not true at all. The job of shampoo is to remove dirt from the hair, while the job of conditioner is to moisturize it. However, it cannot be used in excess. If your hair is oily, then you can use it once a week. If your hair is dry, you can use it twice a week.

Combing

A big mistake we usually make is combing wet hair. Using a comb on wet hair is not advisable, as this can lead to hair fall.

Hair Serum

If you want to take special care of your hair, then you must use hair serum. Using it will make your hair strong. You can use hair serum to keep your hair healthy.

Drink at least 1 liter of water every day for the health of your hair. This will make your hair much stronger. To keep your hair healthy, care should be taken not only from the outside but also from the inside.

Apply aloe vera twice a week if possible; it will make your hair thicker and darker.
