Normally, our skin is different, such as:

Our skin faces various problems during summer, such as:

1. Blackheads
2. Whiteheads
3. Acne

We will start by talking about making two family packs, which you can make at home.

**Pack No. 1:**
1. Gram flour
2. Aloe Vera Gel
3. Rose water
4. Turmeric

**Pack No. 2:**
1. Gram flour
2. Tomato juice
3. Goat milk

You can make any of the above packs at home and use them regularly.

1. Get up in the morning and wash your face well with face wash.

Remember to wash your face twice a day with face wash. Face wash should not be used more than twice.

– On a hot day: (water-based moisturizer)

Sunscreen should be used when going outside.

Regular exposure to the sun can increase your risk of skin cancer.

**Rules for using sunscreen:**

Apply it on your face 15 minutes before going out.

No matter the weather or whether you are indoors or outdoors, the skin can become dry for various reasons. Moisturizers help restore this lost moisture to the skin. Lack of moisture makes the skin rough, dry, and prematurely damaged. There’s no substitute for moisturizer to keep skin supple, reduce dullness, and prevent premature aging.

3. Foods containing Vitamin C should be eaten to enhance skin care on hot days. By using Vitamin C serum at night, your skin will get rid of dark spots from acne in no time.
4. Drink more water.

5. Girls should stay away from heavy makeup. After applying makeup for an event, wash it off within 4-5 hours.
