What is cancer?
We have all heard the name “cancer” more or less. Many people around us are dying of cancer, and we see it every day in Pakistan. According to the World Health Organization’s report published on October 12, 2018, cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide.
What are the symptoms of cancer?
We suffer a lot because of cancer. People suffering from cancer cannot escape this disease even after enduring much pain. First, you must have a good idea about cancer. If you have any unusual symptoms in your body, such as:
Passing blood in your stool or urine,
Having a cold and cough with blood coming out of your phlegm,
Noticing any part of your body swelling unexpectedly,
Observing any part of your body rotting,
there are many other symptoms of cancer. If you notice them, you must consult a doctor.
Do you have to watch your weight?
You must watch your body weight. If you have diseases like diabetes, kidney problems, or stroke, you must monitor your diet. Don’t eat too much sugar.
Exercise regularly.
Regular exercise reduces your body’s risk of cancer. Just as exercise keeps your body healthy, it also protects you from cancer. You should do at least 50 minutes of physical exercise every day. If you are an adult, you should exercise four hours a week.
Avoid eating outside.
Usually, we eat more fast food when we go out. These foods weaken our immune system. The quality of food outside is not good. You should eat vegetables at home. You should consume vegetables that contain the same amount of vitamins. You should avoid meat and sweet foods in particular.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Whenever it comes to cancer, the AICC emphasizes that it is best to avoid alcohol and smoking altogether. Previous scientific studies have shown that alcohol has a protective nature against coronary heart disease, but the evidence for cancer prevention is clear.The main causes of cancer are smoking and drinking alcohol. You must stay away from smoking and drinking alcohol to keep yourself safe from cancer. Take care of your body healthily.
Stay away from anxiety.
Various problems may arise in our lives. This increases our anxiety, which makes us prone to stroke, brain stroke, and cancer. So, we should exercise and spend quality time with family to keep ourselves free from worries.
If you follow all the above methods properly, your risk of getting cancer will be lower. And if you are suffering from cancer, then start treatment with the advice of a good doctor. Remember, cancer is not something to ignore. It will slowly lead you to death, so get better quality treatment as soon as possible..
